together, we explore the habits, patterns, stressors, and environmental factors that may be contributing to feelings of burnout, exhaustion, overstimulation, disconnection, or imbalance. sessions are collaborative, practical, and deeply personalized to your lifestyle and needs.

each client begins with an ayurvedic foundations intake, followed by ongoing sessions tailored to the level of support that feels most aligned.
