ayurveda

  • ayurveda is a holistic system of health and healing that originated in india thousands of years ago. often translated as "the science of life," ayurveda views wellbeing as the result of balance between the body, mind, environment, and the way we move through daily life. rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, ayurveda recognizes that each person is unique and that healing looks different for everyone.

in practice, ayurveda uses tools like daily routines, nutrition, lifestyle habits, seasonal living, and nervous system support to help create greater balance and wellbeing. at its core, ayurveda isn't about perfection—it's about learning to understand your unique needs and creating sustainable practices that help you feel more like yourself.

  • rhythm sessions are designed for people who are feeling disconnected from themselves, their bodies, or their routines. you might benefit from this work if you're experiencing burnout, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, low energy, poor sleep, digestive concerns, difficulty maintaining routines, or simply a sense that something feels out of balance.

many clients come to these sessions because they're looking for a gentler, more sustainable approach to wellbeing - one that supports the whole person rather than focusing on a single symptom or challenge.

  • that depends on your goals, current challenges, and the level of support you're looking for. most clients begin with an ayurvedic foundations intake and then continue with biweekly sessions for several months. this allows enough time to implement new practices while also receiving consistent support and accountability.

some clients choose a single session for guidance around a specific concern, while others benefit from longer-term support through the seasonal reset, deep recalibration, or long horizon pathways. during your intake, we'll discuss what feels most aligned for your needs and create a plan together.

  • not at all. most clients come to rhythm sessions with little or no prior experience with ayurveda. my role is to translate ayurvedic principles into practical, accessible guidance that fits your life, your goals, and your capacity.

  • no. rhythm sessions are educational and wellness-focused in nature and are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. if you have concerns about your health, i encourage you to work with an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.

  • rhythm sessions focus on the body, nervous system, daily routines, energy, digestion, sleep, and sustainable wellbeing through an ayurvedic lens. the reinvention sessions focus on identity, relationships, personal growth, transitions, self-trust, and emotional clarity through intuitive coaching. while both support overall wellbeing, they approach it from different starting points.
